Meet Our Lawyer

Iqra Law was founded by Iqra Akram in 2020. 

Prior to establishing her own practice, Iqra obtained her Bachelor of Arts with Honours from York University in 2016, where she specialized in Law and Society. Iqra then moved to the United Kingdom where she obtained her Bachelors of Law from City University of London in 2018. Iqra then obtained her Masters of Law from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2019. Iqra became a member of the Law Society of Ontario Bar in 2020. 

Iqra Akram is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and is fluent in English, French, Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi. In her free time, Iqra enjoys spending time outdoors, travelling, and experimenting with different recipes.
